Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between The Step Up Project (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”) for the provision of our services. By booking or participating in any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
We provide a range of services including, but not limited to:

Support services

Mentoring

Job coaching
-
Personal training and fitness

Art therapy
Each service is delivered in accordance with its relevant description, inclusions, and pricing as outlined on our website or provided in writing.
3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our booking system.

Payment terms are outlined on your invoice and may vary depending on whether services are privately funded or through NDIS.

Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought up to date.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to bookings.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.
5. NDIS Participants
If you are an NDIS participant, we will align our services and charges with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. All service agreements will be provided in writing before services commence.
6. Health & Safety

You must inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or relevant support needs before participating in sessions.

For physical activities (e.g., personal training, boxing, hiking), participation is at your own risk, and you may be asked to provide medical clearance.

We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe a service may pose a risk to your health or safety.
7. Behaviour & Respect

We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all.

Abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour towards staff or other participants will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information will only be shared with your consent, or as required by law.
9. Liability
While every effort is made to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, we accept no responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during services, except where required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website or by request.
