Messy Play & Sensory Art

Activities like plasticine modelling, slime making, food art, and finger painting engage the senses and spark curiosity. Sensory-based art fosters exploration, creativity, and relaxation while allowing for free-flow expression without pressure or rules.

Music & Sound Therapy

Incorporating instruments, singing, music production, and interactive games, music and sound therapy helps develop rhythm, coordination, and emotional connection. It can energise, calm, or inspire, creating a powerful avenue for expression and connection.
