Supporting Real Journeys, Creating Lasting Progress

Mentoring

Ages 5-25

We offer personalised mentoring services that provide young people with consistent support, guidance, and encouragement to build resilience, confidence, self-awareness, and essential life skills. Our therapeutic and trauma-informed mentors work one-on-one to help young people navigate life's challenges, develop social skills, engage in meaningful community involvement, and explore growth through play. As a registered NDIS provider, we can also support eligible participants to access mentoring through their NDIS plans, ensuring tailored and flexible support options.

Personal Training

Ages 12-25

Our personal training service is designed specifically for young people aged 12-25, offering one-on-one or small group sessions tailored to individual needs and goals. Whether in the gym* or outdoors, we combine weight training, cardiovascular exercises, and boxing to promote physical fitness, boost mental health, and build confidence. Alongside training, we provide general nutritional support and education to encourage healthy lifestyle habits. (*Gym membership conditions apply.)

Support Services

All Ages

Our support services provide young people and participants with practical, hands-on assistance to navigate everyday life. We can attend appointments alongside them, help prepare questions and paperwork, and act as an advocate when engaging with services. Support may also include assistance with shopping, attending medical or specialist appointments, organising life admin tasks, and connecting with community resources. Our goal is to ensure participants voices are heard, and they feel supported, empowered, informed, and confident when managing important aspects of their daily lives.

Job Coaching

14-25

Our job coaching service supports young people and participants to prepare for and succeed in employment or further education. We offer practical guidance in employment readiness, including resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, and career planning. Support can also extend to exploring VET or tertiary study pathways, developing leadership and workplace skills, and building the confidence needed to thrive in professional settings. Whether starting out or taking the next step, we help participants navigate their career journey with clarity and purpose.

Art Therapy

All Ages

Our art therapy services provide young people and participants with a creative and therapeutic outlet for self-expression, healing, and personal growth. Using a variety of approaches – including music and sound therapy, visual arts, and hands-on crafts – we create a safe space to explore emotions, build confidence, and develop coping strategies. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, allowing participants to express themselves in ways that feel natural, enjoyable, and empowering.
